Alphameric Solutions Ltd; the leading technology provider to the bookmaking marketplace in the United Kingdom and Ireland. With three decades of successful innovation, Alphameric Solutions delivers a comprehensive range of integrated software and hardware to major bookmakers and the independent bookmaking marketplace. Customers include William Hill, Ladbrokes, Coral and the Tote plus many of the larger and smaller independent bookmakers. Alphameric Solutions' comprehensive range of market leading solutions currently support in excess of 8,000 betting shops and comprise electronic point of sale (EPoS) systems, display systems, interactive customer information systems and a range of ancillary services.

Alphameric Solutions is headquartered in Guildford, Surrey with a 50,000 square foot configuration and assembly facility in Hampshire.

Amalgamated Racing Limited; a joint venture company owned 50% by Alphameric Plc and 50% by Racecourse Media Services Limited (a company which is in turn owned by 31 of the UK's premier racecourses). Established in 2006, AMRAC provides a dedicated, closed user group betting channel, TurfTV, to bookmaking shops in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.

TurfTV features exclusive content including horseracing from 31 of the UK's premier racecourses including Aintree, Ascot, Cheltenham, Epsom, Goodwood, Newmarket, and York together with exclusive racing content from Dubai and South Africa and a range of virtual products.

Amalgamated Racing Limited is headquartered in London and has teams of technicians at all of the race meetings that it covers in the UK and Ireland.

BET; a licenced betting office situated in Dorking in Surrey; it is owned and managed by Alphameric and is used to test in the real world products that Alphameric sell and support, whilst gaining valuable customer feedback which is in turn incorporated into the development cycle.
