This disclaimer and terms of use ("this Agreement") are addressed to all persons (referred to as "you" or "your" below) who access these investor relations pages ("the Pages"). Hemscott Group Limited, an English registered company with its registered office at 2nd Floor, Finsbury Tower, 103-105 Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8TY England provides, hosts and/or maintains these Pages on behalf of this Company ("the Company" denotes the listed company whose website you are viewing). Hemscott in turn sources some of the information displayed on the Pages from various stock exchanges. References to "we", "our" and "ours" below collectively refer to the Company, Hemscott Group Limited and the relevant source of the data.

Hemscott takes data from a variety of different sources which are listed in the table below. Some of this data will be displayed on the Pages.

The left-hand column shows all possible sources of data from Hemscott and the right-hand column displays the proprietary source.

B.     Terms of Use, Legal Disclaimer

1) You shall be responsible for determining for yourself the usefulness of all the content on the Pages ("the Information") and the purposes for which the Information is used.

11) You warrant that you shall not use the Information for any illegal purpose.

12) Save as otherwise provided in this Agreement, to the maximum extent permissible by law all warranties, conditions or terms other than those expressly set out in this Agreement are excluded, including, but not limited to implied and statutory conditions and warranties.

13) We shall not be liable for loss of business revenues, lost profits or any punitive, indirect, consequential, special or similar damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages incurred by you or any third party.

14) We give no warranty as to the performance of the internet generally or the Pages. The Pages may be subject to arbitrary delays beyond our control.

15) The Company and any relevant source shall have the right to enforce the provisions of this Agreement pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, although the terms of this Agreement can be varied without the consent of the sources.

16) The Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

17) Nothing on this website shall be taken as an inducement to any person to invest in or otherwise deal with any shares of the Hemscott Group Ltd.
