Each year 6 million sheets of paper are used to produce our Annual Report which is posted to our shareholders. You can help Scottish and Southern Energy reduce its impact on the environment and save paper by electing to receive shareholder documents electronically by joining our eCommunications Programme.
You will receive communications such as the Annual Report and Notice of Meeting via an email advising of its availability on the Company's website, and you will also be able to lodge your proxy appointment securely over the internet.
As a thank you for helping us, we will make a donation of £2 on your behalf to WWF's International Forest Programme.

You will need your Shareholder Reference Number (SRN)'/Investor Code (IVC) to hand which is printed at the top of your dividend tax voucher http://www.capitaregistrars.com/shareholders/products/ecommunications.asp
